				This framework unpacks into four expanding circles, explaining how the learner’s experience aims to nurture a WOW Person, 
				focusing on Confidence as a significant part of positive Wellbeing.
				
				
 				
 				Circle 1: 5-Step Growth Process
 				
				Centred at the core of the framework is a 5-step process of continuous growth to impart future-ready qualities and skills, 
				while emphasising on the importance of our connections and contributions to the Environment and Community. 
				This process is facilitated through three phases of Opener, Learner and Ignitor.
				
				
				Circle 2: Social Movement
				
				The Social Movement is a crucial phase of facilitated learning through active contributions and self-reflections. 
				It is a circle we encourage learners to constantly revisit in their journey of finding meaning in their growth, 
				and to understand the value they can provide in the process of giving.
				
				
				Circle 3: Apprenticeship
				
				Apprenticeship is a choice to immerse and apply in the real world, alongside the WOW team, 
				to acquire real work experiences while being mentored through the projects and engagements the apprentice delivers on the ground.
				
				
				Circle 4: Activators Of Change
				
				Is being recognised as an Activator of Change. As an Activator, you contribute and have access to 
				like-minded people among the WOW community; to sustain your growth through sharing and gathering skills for training,

				Socio-Drama
				
				Stimulating the freedom of expression and connecting to the human's inner child-likeness, socio-drama serves as a platform of purposeful group play to widen perspectives,
